Slide Mountain

The summit of Slide mountain, at 4180 ft, is the highest peak in the Catskills. Of course, height is not what Catskills is all about. The climb is relatively easy and a few panoramic views are waiting for you at the summit. A pleasant walk for the summer and fall as the trail is well-shaded.
